What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, e-mail address, optional phone number and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password itself).

If you complete the learner profile we store your answers: your IELTS goals, test date, current level, study preferences and chosen program.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, confirm your e-mail address, prepare your study plan and contact you about your preparation. We only send study tips and news if you ticked the box to receive them.

Cookies

We use two essential cookies: one that keeps you signed in and one that protects our forms against misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your data. Your data is stored on our own server. E-mails are delivered through Google's e-mail service, and web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to ode.avalonedunet@gmail.com.
